September 19, 2013: Joseph’s latest podcast, “Iranian War Games,” speaks to the dramatic news out of Tehran, featuring rare sound from American and Iranian war games and a frank conversation with Brookings Iran expert Kenneth Pollack.

On August 15, Joseph launched “Eye on Arabia,” a new weekly podcast featuring mini-documentaries, exclusive interviews, and field reports on Arab politics and culture. On May 28th, The Honored Dead was picked by the Christian Science Monitor among “20 of The Smartest Nonfiction Titles for Summer Reading.”

On May 17th at 7:30, Joseph spoke at the Food for Thought forum on the Arab spring, Osama Bin Laden’s death, and implications for North Africa and the Middle East and the role of the United States within it.  The talk was held at Pete’s Tavern in New York City.
